“There’s a softening creamy texture and the fruit intensity gives a sensation of sweetness in addition to the actual sweetness so the overall effect is medium dry.”

From hills that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site
Wine has always been the flagship product of the Borgoluce Estate, thanks to a region where first the cultivation of vines, and then the culture of sparkling wine, have made and defined its history.
"We are in the Veneto, Italy’s leading Region for wine production and exports, and more specifically in the hills near Treviso, which have been consecrated to viticulture for centuries and, in recent decades, have attained worldwide success due to the production of Prosecco.
It is right here that the finest expression of this sparkling wine is made: Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
Since 2019, the iconic landscape of Conegliano Valdobbiadene has been recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, and today we are proud to share it with all the enthusiasts who come to find out about the wine and its terroir!"
The Winery
Preserving the harmony of the landscape and of the agricultural environment, at the foot of the Castle of San Salvatore, was essential when the team designed the winery, which is modern but welcoming.
To reduce its impact to a minimum, the large stainless steel tanks, the autoclaves for vinifying the sparkling wines, the laboratory and our warehousing were installed underground. The workspaces at 13 metres below the level of the countryside are illuminated by natural light thanks to large glass windows.
The internal spaces of the upper floors, the large portico – a typical element of Veneto architecture – and the marvellous terrace looking out over the fields are all reserved for visitors.
Our organic sparkling wines
Natural sparkling wines
Although always a characteristic of the estate's approach, in the last few years there has been an increasing alignment with the values of organic and biodynamic production. Two of the wines are certified organic with a natural approach to the production process; both wines are refermented in bottle, unfiltered, and produced using traditional techniques but with the passion and experience of today.
