Located in Tamar Valley, Tasmania 41 degrees south and 50 metres above sea level; twenty hectares of vines were established in 1998. This premium, certified organic vineyard comprises predominantly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with smaller plantings of Riesling and Pinot Gris.
The resulting cool climate wines have naturally higher acid, with a focus on the expression of fruit and texture.
